DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

AltSurfing.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). It is our policy to respond to valid infringement notifications and take appropriate actions under the DMCA and other applicable laws.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on AltSurfing.com infringes upon your copyright, please send a written notification with the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  3. Identification of the infringing material and its location on the website (please provide a URL);
  4. Your contact information, including email address, telephone number, and mailing address;
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location before it was taken down;
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;
  4. Your name, address, phone number, and email;
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or in our jurisdiction if outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.

3. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers or who are found to repeatedly submit or upload infringing content.

4. Disclaimer

We are not responsible for content submitted by users or linked third parties. We act in good faith to remove infringing material once properly notified under the DMCA.
